Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager – HR Operations to lead and manage end-to-end HR Operations while ensuring seamless execution of the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in onboarding, payroll coordination, HR policies, employee records management, performance management processes, compliance, and stakeholder management. The role requires driving operational excellence, process improvements, and ensuring a positive employee experience.Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end Employee Life Cycle, including onboarding, employee movement,



confirmations, and offboarding.
- Oversee Onboarding, Induction, and Orientation programs to ensure a smooth employee joining experience.
- Manage Offboarding and Exit Management, including exit interviews, clearance, final settlements, and documentation.
- Monitor Attendance, Leave Management, and Employee Records to ensure data accuracy.
- Drive the Employee Confirmation process by coordinating with business leaders and HR stakeholders.
- Manage the Performance Appraisal cycle, ensuring timely completion and compliance with organizational
