Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Qualified who can drive both Retail Sales and E-commerce Sales.

The candidate will be responsible for expanding institutional and retail business, managing online sales channels, and achieving revenue targets through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail & Institutional Sales

- Generate business from schools, colleges, educational institutions, distributors, and retail partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Identify market opportunities and expand regional sales coverage.

E-commerce Sales Management

- Manage sales through platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, own website,



and other online marketplaces.
- Coordinate with digital marketing and operations teams to improve online conversions.
- Monitor product listings, pricing, promotions, and customer reviews.
- Analyze online sales data and recommend growth strategies.

Business Development

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts and market reports.
- Participate in exhibitions, educational events, and product launches.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for business expansion.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in B2B and B2C sales.
- Hands-on exposure to E-commerce platforms and online sales operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle channel partners, distributors, and institutional clients.
- Positive understanding of sales analytics and market trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools.

Preferred Background

- Candidates who have handled both offline retail sales and online marketplace sales are highly preferred.
