Role Overview

We are seeking a Advisor / Senior AdvisorPega Technology who is highly hands-on and deeply engaged in delivery. This role requires a leader who operates at the intersection of architecture, engineering, and execution, actively contributing to solutions while enabling teams to achieve engineering excellence.

The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end delivery, mentor teams, and ensure high-quality Pega implementations, while staying close to design, code, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery Leadership

- Own and drive end-to-end delivery of Pega-based solutions across programs.
- Act as a hands-on leader, working closely with developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Proactively identify delivery risks and implement mitigation plans.

2. Hands-on Technical Contribution

- Provide solution design and architecture guidance for Pega implementations.
- Review and contribute to:
- Application design and workflows
- Mandatory: Integration patterns (REST/SOAP, APIs, messaging)
- Participate in code reviews and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot critical issues and ensure system stability.

3. Engineering Excellence

- Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and goverce frameworks.
- Drive clean architecture, reusable components, and scalable solutions.
- Promote automation, CI/CD practices, and DevOps adoption.
- Champion performance tuning and application health monitoring.

Team Leadership Mentorship

- Lead and mentor a team of Pega developers, leads, and architects.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical depth.
- Conduct regular technical reviews and capability-building sessions.
- Guide teams in understanding business requirements and translating them into robust solutions.

5. Stakeholder Management

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Interface with business, product owners, and leadership to align technology with business goals.
- Communicate progress, risks, and technical decisions effectively.

Required Qualifications

- 12 to 18 years of overall IT experience with 14+ years in Pega.
- Pega PRPC platform (Case Management, Decisioning, BPM)
- Pega frameworks guardrails
- Proven experience in leading large-scale Pega delivery programs.
- Hands-on involvement in solution design and development.

Preferred Certifications

- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) Mandatory
- Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) Optional

Key Skills

- Robust architecture and design skills
- Strong knowledge on Pega 8, Pega infinity 24,25
- Deep hands-on development expertise
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle production issues
- Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery models
- Knowledge of Cloud migrations.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Pega DevOps
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Better to have Pega GenAI knowledge.
