Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and support of Data Access Governance (DAG) initiatives.

Administer and manage File Access Manager (FAM) solutions and related access governance platforms.

Analyze, monitor, and optimize user access rights across file shares and enterprise data repositories.

Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Compliance, and Application teams to establish access governance controls.

Conduct access reviews, entitlement certifications, and remediation activities.

Define and implement role-based access control (RBAC) and least-privilege access models.

Identify and mitigate risks related to excessive or inappropriate data access.

Develop governance policies, standards, and operational procedures for data access management.

Generate governance, compliance, and audit reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to access permissions, access requests, and governance workflows.

Support compliance initiatives involving SOX, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, or similar regulatory frameworks.

Provide technical leadership and recommendations for DAG roadmap and enhancements.
