Detailed Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI/UX designers to deliver high-quality design solutions on time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding Product Management, Engineering, and Business Stakeholders—to gather requirements and translate them into effective design strategies.
- Develop and maintain design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to validate design decisions and iterate on solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design processes and deliverables.
- Provide guidance and professional development opportunities to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Ensure design systems and standards are consistently applied across products to deliver a cohesive experience.
- Support integration efforts involving REST APIs,



ODBC/JDBC connections, and data handling (JSON/XML) as needed for design implementation.
- Oversee production support, deployment, server configuration, and release management as related to UI/UX deliverables.

Skill Requirements

Technical Skills:

- Proven experience in UI/UX Design Systems and leading design teams.
- Robust hands-on expertise with Claris FileMaker Pro / FileMaker Server, including layout design (UI/UX), script development, and relational database modeling.
- Experience integrating REST APIs, handling ODBC/JDBC connections, and working with JSON/XML data.
- Solid knowledge of RDBMS systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL), data modeling, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with production support, incident/change/problem management, deployment, and server administration.
