Role Purpose

The Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring HR technology supports an efficient, compliant, and engaging candidate and employee experience. This role combines implementation experience, analytical expertise, system configuration, and process optimization to ensure the effective use of Oracle HCM and integrated HR systems. You will partner with business teams and across Talent Management, HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to maximize GPs use of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Core HR, Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) in order to drive digital transformation across the employee lifecycle.

Key Accountabilities

Collaboration & Cross Functional Alignment

- Partner with Talent Management, HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance to ensure HCM system changes align with business operations and downstream impacts.
- Support end users through training, communication, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Act as Project Manager and coordinate delivery of assigned HR systems projects.

Process Improvement & Automation

- Continuously evaluate ORC, Core HR, Absence and OTL processes to identify automation opportunities, reduce manual work, and improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain and update HCM documentation, workflows, SOPs, and project materials.

System Administration & Configuration

- Provide day to day technical administration and support for ORC as well as Core HR, Absence Management, and OTL.
- Configure HCM modules to align with evolving business processes, policy changes, and user needs.
- Support system migrations, upgrades, releases, and patches including design review, regression testing, and documentation.

Technical Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution

- Serve as a liaison between the Talent team, HR, IT, and external vendors to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues across HCM modules.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions.

Data Integrity,



Compliance & Reporting

- Perform regular audits and reconciliations of Talent, HR, Advantages, and Payroll data.
- Produce ad hoc and scheduled data analytics for ORC and other HCM modules using tools such as Oracle OTBI, BI Publisher, and Excel
- Specify requirements and act as lead tester for People Dashboard which will be delivered through Power BI.

Integration Management

- Ensure proper functionality of HR system integrations, including review of specifications and troubleshooting as needed.
- Support the maintenance of macro enabled Excel tools and other data utilities.

SharePoint & Employee Portal Management

- Manage and coordinate maintenance of HRs SharePoint sites and employee portal, ensuring a user-friendly experience and up to date content.

Continuous Learning & Technology Enablement

- Maintain advanced knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud technologies through vendor resources, user groups, and training.
- Stay current on integrated applications and industry best practices.

Candidate Profile

Experience & Capability

- Robust experience (5+ Years) working with Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Core HR
- Solid experience (3+ years) with other Oracle Cloud modules, including Absence Management and OTL (Talent and Payroll experience a plus)
- Knowledge of HR processes, employment documentation, and employee lifecycle administration
- Demonstrated experience leading HRIS system implementations, preferably with ORC and the Oracle Cloud modules listed above
- Familiarity with data reporting, compliance requirements, and document auditing

Capabilities & Technical Strength

Strong proficiency in:

- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Core HR
- Oracle Absence Management and OTL
- Microsoft Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio
- Oracle Fast Formulas and/or SQL
- OTBI and BI Publisher data analytics
- Ability to translate operational needs into clear, actionable system requirements
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with large datasets
