Repair and service electronic products, including boAt devices
- Handle servicing of neckbands, Airdopes, and similar audio devices
- Perform basic to intermediate electronic repairs
- Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate data entry
- Monitor and maintain Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
- Diagnose faults and carry out component-level repairs
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of soldering and board-level repairs
- Ability to identify faults and replace electronic components
- Hands-on experience in repairing small electronic devices
- Basic understanding of service processes and quality standards
Preferred candidate profile
Education: SSC / ITI / Diploma in Electronics or Electrical
