Role & responsibilities

- Develop and maintain PLC applications using Ladder Logic, Structured Text (ST), and CodeBlocks.
- Collaborate with Controls Engineering teams to understand customer system requirements.
- Perform Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) validation.
- Configure, test, and troubleshoot industrial communication protocols.
- Support HIL setup, system testing, debugging, commissioning, and deployment.
- Provide technical support to global engineering and customer teams.
- Manage software versions using Git.
- Prepare technical documentation, validation reports, and implementation guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

- 5 to 7 years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Hands-on expertise in Siemens, Rockwell, or Schneider PLCs.
- Strong knowledge of Ladder Logic, Structured Text, SIL/HIL, and industrial communication protocols.
- Experience in PLC testing, debugging, and system commissioning.
- Positive analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
