Job Description:

- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and Internet connectivity.
- Diagnose and resolve network issues related to routers, switches, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
- Configure and support network devices and security solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure minimal downtime.
- Monitor network performance and provide technical support to users.
- Maintain network documentation and coordinate with vendors when required.

Required Skills: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Routing & Switching, VPN, Firewall Management, Network Monitoring Tools, Strong Troubleshooting Skills.

Qualification: Any graduation

Note : Freshers are not eligible

Notice period: Immediate joiner

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Good communication skills with telecom experience are preferred.




- Min 8months to 3 years of experience.
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Only Immediate joiners.
- Candidate should be robust in communication (should be in good Grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation)
