Required Skill Set

Preferred candidate profile

Design & Development

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core and Web API.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using Angular JS (mandatory).

Full Stack Development (Lead)

- Lead end-to-end full-stack development activities.
- Integrate front-end applications with back-end services and APIs.
- Develop and maintain databases such as SQL Server (PostgreSQL / NoSQL exposure is a plus).

Custom Web Application Development

- Deliver custom web applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and other Microsoft technology components.

Code Quality & Best Practices

- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.




- Conduct code reviews and maintain high code quality.

Mentoring

- Mentor and guide junior developers within the team.
- Provide technical direction and support to ensure delivery quality.

Software Development Lifecycle

- Participate in requirements gathering and convert business needs into technical specifications.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing.
- Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on Azure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Performance & Optimization

- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across front-end and back-end.
- Implement caching and optimization techniques.
- Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.

Collaboration & Communication

- Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
