We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager Finance to lead the design, development, implementation, and delivery of enterprise Finance products.

The ideal candidate should possess solid technical expertise in Java, Oracle PL/SQL, and Microservices, along with experience leading engineering teams and delivering enterprise software solutions.

Role & responsibilities

- Lead and mentor engineering teams (1015 members).
- Manage multiple customer implementations and product releases.
- Design scalable enterprise applications using Java and Microservices.
- Drive Oracle PL/SQL development and database optimization.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Translate finance business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure high-quality software delivery following Agile methodologies.
- Drive technical architecture, code quality,



and engineering best practices.
- Manage stakeholders and customer expectations.
- Support product innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
