Role & responsibilities :

- Develop and modify 3D models of mechanical components and assemblies using PTC Creo.
- Prepare detailed manufacturing and assembly drawings.
- Apply GD&T;, dimensional tolerances, fits and engineering drawing standards.
- Support design upgrades and modifications for high-voltage GIS or switchgear products.
- Create and update engineering drawings, Bills of Materials and related technical documentation.
- Manage CAD models, drawings and engineering data through Windchill PLM.
- Support material and Bill of Materials activities in SAP.
- Participate in design reviews and implement agreed design changes.
- Check drawings for dimensional accuracy, manufacturability and compliance with engineering standards.
- Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, manufacturing and project engineering teams.




- Communicate effectively with local and international stakeholders.
- Maintain proper revision control and ensure timely completion of assigned engineering activities.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Experience in high-voltage GIS, AIS, switchgear or other electrical equipment.
- Basic working knowledge of SAP MM.
- Experience in engineering change management, such as ECR, ECO or ECN processes.
- Knowledge of Bills of Materials and product lifecycle processes.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, fabrication, casting, forging, welding and sheet-metal work.
- Exposure to tolerance stack-up analysis and design-for-manufacturing principles
