Position: Lab & Pathology Coders (Certified)
Location: Chennai
Work Mode: Work from Office
Employment Type: Full-Time
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform accurate coding for Laboratory and Pathology reports
- Assign appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on medical documentation
- Review lab results, pathology reports, and physician notes for correct code assignment
- Ensure compliance with coding guidelines, payer requirements, and regulatory standards
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity
- Identify and rectify coding discrepancies
- Stay updated with the latest coding updates and healthcare regulations

Eligibility Criteria:

- Certified coders only (CPC / CCS / COC or equivalent mandatory)
- Experience in Lab & Pathology coding preferred




- Good understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and diagnostic procedures
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a target-driven workplace
