About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align business objectives with people strategies. The ideal candidate will work closely with business leaders and employees to drive talent management, employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development while ensuring HR policies and processes support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, performance management, and people development.
- Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives.
- Lead employee engagement programs and implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Facilitate the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee performance, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support organizational change management initiatives and business transformation projects.




- Partner with Learning Development teams to identify training needs and execute capability-building programs.
- Collaborate with compensation and benefits teams on salary reviews, promotions, and reward programs.
- Manage employee grievances and conduct investigations while maintaining confidentiality.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.
- Support HR audits and maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Build solid relationships with stakeholders across all business functions.
