Role Overview
As an HR Recruiter Intern, you'll work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify, engage, and hire top talent across different business functions. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle and is ideal for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other hiring platforms.
- Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and evaluate candidate fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Follow up with candidates on interview feedback and recruitment progress.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities.
- Assist with onboarding activities for new hires when required.
- Generate and maintain recruitment reports and hiring trackers.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (completed or currently pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Prior internship or project experience in recruitment is a plus but not mandatory.
