Key Responsibilities

- Lead Data Science initiatives and build scalable product-driven AI/ML solutions.
- Design and implement predictive, prescriptive, and optimization models with a focus on data quality and security.
- Develop and implement Operations Research models for optimization, resource allocation, scheduling, and decision support.
- Integrate anomaly detection, knowledge graphs, and advanced analytics into products.
- Develop forecasting, classification, and machine learning models using optimization and neural networks.
- Build production-ready, scalable models and collaborate with engineering for deployment.
- Ensure data governance, validation, and documentation of models and workflows.
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in Data Science.

Required Skills

- Bachelor's/Master's in Data Science,



Computer Science, Operations Research, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science with product-driven solutions.
- Solid experience in Machine Learning, Forecasting, Classification, Operations Research, and Optimization Modeling.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience with Neural Networks, Transformers, Knowledge Graphs, and Generative AI (LLMs).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to mentor teams and collaborate effectively across functions.

Experience required: 5 plus years
