Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Development Head to lead and monitor the end-to-end engineering and execution of Industrial and Warehousing projects.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in coordinating and managing multiple engineering functions from project planning and design through execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the end-to-end engineering and execution of industrial and warehousing projects.
- Coordinate and monitor Architectural, Structural, MEP, Civil, Safety, QA/QC, and Survey activities.
- Review project drawings, designs, specifications, and engineering deliverables.
- Ensure proper coordination between all engineering disciplines for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with approved designs and standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
- Identify and resolve technical and execution-related issues on time.
- Ensure projects are completed within the planned timeline, cost, quality, and safety requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits and review project progress and execution activities.
- Monitor the implementation of QA/QC and safety standards at project sites.




- Ensure proper survey and setting-out activities are carried out accurately.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Report project progress, key issues, risks, and delays to senior management.
- Drive effective coordination between design and execution teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Desired Skills

- Strong experience in end-to-end engineering and project execution.
- Hands-on knowledge of Architecture, Structural, MEP, Civil, Safety, QA/QC, and Survey.
- Experience in Industrial & Warehousing / PEB / Logistics Projects is preferred.
- Strong project monitoring and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Solid knowledge of construction processes and site execution.
- Good problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in Industrial Parks, Warehouses, Logistics Parks, PEB Projects, Manufacturing Facilities, and Large-Scale Commercial Projects will be preferred.

Candidates with strong end-to-end execution experience across Architecture, Structural, MEP, Safety, QA/QC, Survey, and Civil functions will be highly preferred.
