Key Responsibilities

- Package and repackage applications (MSI, MSIX, EXE) for enterprise deployment.
- Deploy and manage applications using SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune.
- Create and maintain Chocolatey (.nupkg) packages and internal repositories.
- Develop PowerShell scripts for packaging automation and deployments.
- Perform application installation, deployment, UAT, QA, and production validation.
- Troubleshoot packaging and deployment issues (L2/L3 support).
- Coordinate with application owners and stakeholders.
- Patch, upgrade, and maintain enterprise applications.
- Create and maintain documentation (Runbooks, SOPs, KB Articles).
- Monitor incidents through resolution and escalate when required.
- Mentor team members and promote best practices.
