- Manage the overall operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management and logistics.
- Oversee daily activities such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to safety, quality control, and customer service.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role within the courier/logistics industry.
- Solid knowledge of RTR (Return To Role) processes and procedures.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
