The ideal candidate should have strong experience hiring IT professionals across multiple skill sets, working with US clients, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Work with State Clients & Implementation Partners
Handle W2 (70%) & C2C (30%) hiring
Source candidates for ERP & niche technologies
Manage candidate pipeline & database
Having Social Medial Networking (WhatsApp Groups, LinkedIn Groups, Facebook Groups, Google Group Etc.)

Required Skills:
Strong sourcing & screening skills
Experience in US staffing environment
Valuable communication & coordination
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
