Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Specialist Enterprise Data Integrations to join our IT team. The role is responsible for designing, developing, and governing enterprise integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to enable seamless data exchange, system interoperability, and digital transformation across the organization.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in MuleSoft development, API-led connectivity, integration architecture, API security, and enterprise application integration.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable enterprise integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Develop and deploy APIs, Mule applications, integration flows, connectors, and orchestrations.
- Implement API-led connectivity using System APIs, Process APIs, and Experience APIs.
- Design integration solutions using REST/SOAP services, microservices, and event-driven patterns.
- Develop data transformations using DataWeave and MuleSoft best practices.
- Manage API security, governance, and lifecycle management using Anypoint API Manager and Exchange.
- Create reusable integration assets, templates, and best practices.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, integration workflows, and data mappings.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and reliability challenges.
- Support integration testing, system validation, UAT, and production deployments.
- Maintain integration architecture documentation and governance standards.
- Work with Agile teams and manage deliverables using ALM tools.

Key Skills





- Strong understanding of system integration principles, APIs, microservices, and data flows.
- Hands-on expertise with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Exchange, Runtime Manager, Anypoint Monitoring, and CloudHub.
- Proficiency in Mule 4, DataWeave 2.0, and MuleSoft connectors (Salesforce, SAP, databases, SaaS applications, etc.).
- Experience designing and implementing API-led connectivity (System, Process, and Experience APIs) and event-driven integrations.
- Proficiency with REST/SOAP, JSON, XML, and common integration patterns (e.g., publish/subscribe, request/reply, message routing).
- Experience implementing API security policies (OAuth 2.0, JWT, client ID enforcement) using Anypoint API Manager.
- Experience creating process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts and CI/CD workflows for MuleSoft (e.g., Maven, Jenkins, Anypoint CLI).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for hosting and deployment of MuleSoft runtimes (CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, or hybrid deployments).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ALM/collaboration tools.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Master's degree is an added advantage.
- MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD) certification preferred.
- MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect (MCIA) certification is a solid advantage.
- Additional API and integration platform certifications are preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience delivering enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft.
- Experience with API governance, security, and lifecycle management.
- Experience building reusable integration assets and frameworks.
- Experience working with business teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
