We are seeking an experienced Performance Specialist(Bangalore , Hyderabad , Pune) to join our development team. In this role, you will drive performance optimization, scalability, and architectural improvements across our cloud-native financial platforms. Working closely with Product Development and Senior Architects, you will help eliminate bottlenecks, enhance system efficiency, and ensure our global enterprise solutions meet the highest performance and reliability standards.

Key Skills:-

- Optimize and re-architect performance-critical components to ensure scalability and resilience
• Lead and execute performance testing, analysis, and tuning initiatives
• Identify system bottlenecks and implement short- and long-term performance improvements
• Contribute to future-state architectural enhancements of enterprise platforms




• Develop high-performance solutions using Java SE/JEE and Spring Framework
• Apply strong SQL expertise (Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL) for performance optimization
• Work with REST APIs, IAM integrations (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SSO), and middleware technologies
• Collaborate within Agile Scrum teams in a distributed global environment
• Leverage Kubernetes/OpenShift and up-to-date DevOps practices (CI/CD)
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, ownership mindset, and passion for software excellence
