2. Execution and Checking of Calibrations on process and utility instruments and HVAC system instruments as per the schedule.
3. Execution of Temperature mappings as per the schedules.
4. Upgrading all Equipments with Automation to make the Work More Reliable and Consistent.
5. Implementation of Energy and Cost Saving ideas.
6. Preparing of Standard Operating Procedures related to Electrical and Instrumentation activities.
7. Preparation and Review/ Verification of all instrumentation related calibration/ validation schedules, protocols, Temperature mapping activities, reports etc.
8. Implementation & monitoring of corrective and preventive actions.
9. Preparation of Protocols on time to time as per the requirements.
10.
Preparation of Master instrument lists in the plant as per the procedures.
11. Planning and Execution of all Electrical activities of plant engineering on day-to-day basis.
12. Planning and Execution of Electrical Preventive maintenance on Process and Utility systems as per the schedule.
13. Coordinating with production blocks in-charges for meeting their day-to-day requirements.
14. Follow up with purchase department / Vendors for materials and services.
15. Verification of job quantity and quality of all jobs done by contract work force on daily basis.
16. Verification & updating of instrumentation related documents on daily basis.
17. Execution of necessary validation before handing over the instrument for process operation.
