Role & responsibilities

- Preparation of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and calculation of concrete quantities
- Study of drawings and computation of work quantities as per BOQ
- Checking, verifying, and approving sub-contractor/contractor bills
- Preparation of running account (RA) bills and final bills for client submission
- Reconciliation of materials (steel, cement, liners, etc.) with project consumption
- Maintaining site execution records and quantity checklists for billing purposes
- Coordinating with clients/consultants through mails, letters, and meetings for bill certification
- Preparation of construction schedules and progress reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Preparation of PPTs and reports for client/management review meetings




- Upgrading site working drawings in line with standard design drawings
- Supporting load test reports, bearings, and other technical documentation as required

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering; M.Tech preferred
- 2+ years of relevant experience in highway/bridge/EPC/infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Prior experience as Site Engineer, Deputy Engineer, or QS in road/highway/expressway projects preferred
- Valuable analytical, interpersonal, and coordination skills
- Willingness to work at project sites
