- Teach English to Primary school students in accordance with the Orchids curriculum.
- Deliver interactive, engaging, and activity-based lessons aligned with pre-defined lesson plans and the Orchids teaching methodology.
- Assess student learning through assignments, classwork, projects, and examinations.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom workplace that encourages active participation.
- Track student progress and maintain accurate academic records on the school's online portal.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance, academic progress, and areas of improvement.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, training sessions, and other academic initiatives.
- Integrate digital teaching tools and innovative instructional strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's Degree in English or a relevant discipline.
- Mandatory: B.Ed.
- Experience will be an added advantage.
