Job Title: Regional Technical Manager

Job Summary:
The Regional Technical Head is responsible for leading, reviewing, and ensuring quality control of property and asset valuations within the assigned regions. The role requires overseeing a team of technical experts, ensuring adherence to industry standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines with highest of Integrity and team management skills with willingness to travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the valuation function across the region for all the verticals
- Review and approve valuation reports for technical accuracy and compliance with relevant standards
- Guide and mentor valuation teams and ensure continuous skill development.
- Interact with clients to understand scope, provide clarifications, and manage escalations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business development and compliance.
- Ensure timely delivery of reports with high accuracy and consistency.
- Implement best practices, templates, and processes in line with organizational and regulatory expectations.
- Use of technology and tools to enable the function be up to date with set standards
- Monitor market trends, regulatory updates, and valuation methodology improvements.
- Vendor Management and audit
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil) , Post-graduate would be an added advantage
- 8-10 years of experience in valuations, with at least 35 years in a area level role.
- Robust understanding of valuation standards, regulatory norms, and due diligence processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

- Proficient in valuation software and reporting tools.
