Job Summary The NPD Manager is responsible for leading the complete new product development process from concept to commercialization. The role involves developing innovative Car fragrance products, coordinating with cross-functional teams, sourcing new materials, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing product trials, and delivering successful product launches within cost, quality, and timeline objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Product Development Lead end-to-end new product development projects.Develop innovative fragrance products based on market trends and customer requirements.Coordinate fragrance selection with perfume houses and fragrance suppliers.Develop products for multiple categories such as:Car Air FreshenersGel Air FreshenersHanging Air FreshenersVent Clip FreshenersSolid & Liquid Fragrance ProductsCar Care ProductsPrepare product specifications and technical documentation.Research & Innovation Study domestic and international market trends.Research new fragrance technologies, delivery systems,



and sustainable materials.Benchmark competitor products.Introduce innovative packaging concepts and functional product improvements.Plan and supervise laboratory and production trials.Conduct performance testing including:Fragrance longevityLeakage testsTemperature resistanceUV resistanceMaterial compatibilityStability studiesShelf-life evaluationAnalyze test reports and implement corrective actions.Project Management Prepare project timelines and monitor progress.Coordinate with: ProductionQuality AssurancePackagingDesignSales & MarketingSupply ChainEnsure on-time product launch.Preferred Industry Experience Air FreshenersFragrance ManufacturingPerfume IndustryHome Care ProductsAutomotive FragrancePersonal CareFMCGConsumer GoodsRequired Skills Robust Knowledge of Fragrance Formulation.Understanding of aroma chemicals and fragrance ingredients.Good communication skills.Experience Minimum 2- 3 Years.Compensation: 40,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
