- Role Overview
- The Academy Manager will be responsible for managing daily academy operations, student admissions, staff coordination, and business growth initiatives. This is a leadership role requiring strong communication, sales ability, and operational management skills.

- Key Responsibilities
- Academy Operations & Administration
- - Ensure seamless day-to-day functioning of the academy

- - Manage staff attendance, schedules, and coordination

- - Maintain academy hygiene, infrastructure, and inventory management

- Student Counseling & Admissions
- - Handle student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins

- - Provide professional course counseling and conversion follow-ups

- - Manage batch scheduling, admissions, and fee coordination

- - Oversee student welfare, including accommodation coordination and issue resolution

- Financial & Administrative Management
- - Manage student fee collection, invoices, refunds, and documentation





- - Handle petty cash, vendor payments, and expense tracking

- - Coordinate staff payroll, incentives, and attendance records

- - Maintain basic financial and performance reports

- Marketing & Business Development
- - Support and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities

- - Build local partnerships and promotional opportunities

- - Drive course enrollments and makeup service bookings

- Front Desk & Customer Experience
- - Ensure premium student and client experience at the academy

- - Coordinate with instructors, artists, and team members for smooth class and booking execution

- Ideal Candidate Profile
- - 2+ years experience in operations, education institute, or beauty industry management

- - Solid sales, counseling, and communication skills
