Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage mechanical maintenance activities, including breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and project management.
- Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of various equipment such as AHUs, FCUs, Cooling Towers, Chillers, ETPs, HTPs, Pumps (centrifugal & jockey), VRVs/VRFs.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations during all mechanical operations.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for reducing downtime and improving overall plant efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and optimize production processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8-13 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial setting.
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical from a recognized institution.
- Solid knowledge of HVAC systems (AHU/FCU), cooling tower operations (chiller), pump systems (centrifugal & jockey).
- Proficiency in working with ETP/HTP/VRV/VRF technologies.
