We are looking for a passionate and experienced Luxury Furniture Production Manager who can lead the complete furniture production lifecycle and ensure delivery of exceptional quality standards aligned with the Della luxury philosophy.

Role Overview The Luxury Furniture Production Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end production operations for premium and bespoke furniture collections. The role requires strong expertise in luxury furniture manufacturing, vendor management, production planning, quality control, craftsmanship, and timely execution.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with luxury furniture brands, high-end interior design firms, luxury real estate developers, or bespoke furniture manufacturing organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Production Management

- Manage complete furniture production processes from design handover to final delivery.
- Develop production schedules, monitor timelines, and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate with designers, architects, procurement teams, vendors, craftsmen, and internal stakeholders.
- Drive manufacturing excellence while maintaining premium luxury standards.
- Establish efficient production systems, SOPs, and quality benchmarks.

Luxury Furniture Manufacturing
- Strong understanding of luxury furniture craftsmanship including woodwork,



upholstery, finishes, metalwork, and bespoke detailing.
- Review technical drawings, material specifications, and production feasibility.
- Ensure execution matches approved designs and luxury brand standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in manufacturing techniques.

Quality Control & Excellence
- Implement stringent quality checks at every stage of production.
- Ensure consistency in finishing, detailing, durability, and aesthetics.
- Manage inspection processes before dispatch and installation.
- Maintain zero-compromise quality standards expected in luxury environments.

Vendor & Artisan Management
- Build and manage relationships with premium furniture manufacturers, artisans, craftsmen, and suppliers.
- Evaluate vendor capabilities, quality standards, and production capacity.
- Negotiate timelines and ensure adherence to delivery commitments.

Team Leadership
- Lead production teams, supervisors, craftsmen, and operational staff.
- Build a culture of accountability, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.
- Train teams on luxury quality expectations and production excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in luxury furniture production, bespoke furniture manufacturing, luxury interiors, or premium real estate projects.
- Robust understanding of luxury materials, finishes, craftsmanship, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and execution skills.
- Passion for design excellence and attention to detail.

Education Qualification

Essential:





- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Furniture Design, Interior Design, Production Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related fields.

Preferred:

- Certification or specialized training in Luxury Furniture Design, Manufacturing, Interior Products, or Production Management.
