1. Day to day co-ordination with the Operational Staff w.r.t the day's Clearances.
2. Get updates on the Shipments and resolve issues if any.
3. Day to day interaction with the Customers with regard to the required Documents and update them with the status of their Shipments through DSRs.
4. Take stock of Shipment clearance status and Shipments in pipeline on day to day basis.
5. Speak to Customers and explain the clearances issues if any and align them to the requirements.
6. Supervise and monitor the day's Clearance and motivate the Operation Staff to extract the best out of them.
7. Update the happenings to the Branch Head and take his concurrence and advises from time to time and follow their Advise.
Preferred candidate profile Graduate with 10 - 15 years of Experience.
