Role & responsibilities

1. Prepare category wise data bank of Subcontractors for all activities, majorly carpenter, fitter and unskilled work.
2. Advance planning for arrangement of adequate subcontractors according to Project Labour Resource Plan" for all projects.
3. Arrangement of Labour resources for intermediate requirements
4. Arrangement of Sub-Contractor after receiving requirement within 10-15 days.
5. Arrange Site visit at required project with Sub-Contractors
6. Take care of proper onboarding of recent Sub-Contractors in all respect. (arrangements of Labour Camp, Safety Induction, 1st Kharchi etc.)
7. Take feedback from newly arranged Sub-Contractors at regular interval.
8. Take feedback from execution team at regular interval about performance of newly arranged Sub-Contractors.
9. Arrange monthly meetings of Sub-contractors & Site Managements to understand & resolve if any issues are there.
10. Always ready with sufficient labour strength for upcoming projects.
