Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service delivery to guests.

- Supervise a team of staff members, including shift managers, servers, and kitchen staff.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional guest experiences.

- Monitor sales performance, inventory management, and cost control to maintain profitability.

Job Requirements :

- 1-10 years of experience in hotel or QSR industry as a Shift Manager or similar role.

- Proven track record in managing shifts effectively with minimal errors or discrepancies.

- Robust knowledge of hotel management principles, including front desk operations and housekeeping services.

- Excellent communication skills for effective leadership and conflict resolution.
