- To drive the key agency matrix and uniformed practices across locations
- Achieve the top line and bottom line as per defined matrix
- Provide strategic inputs from geographical perspective and periodically review, design and implement plans
- Driving renewals as per target
- Cluster Head will be responsible for handling 6 to 8 Agency Managers
- MIS Reporting and Team Handling
