Manager - GTM Initiatives

Are you passionate about driving Go-to-Market excellence, distribution effectiveness, and trade marketing impact? We are looking for a energetic professional to lead key GTM initiatives and strengthen our market execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive distribution effectiveness, network expansion, and channel performance across markets
- Lead WSS engagement, compliance, governance, and scorecard management
- Ensure receivable discipline and channel partner effectiveness
- Plan and execute BTL, trade marketing, and field activation programs
- Manage budgets, marketing calendars, and cross-functional collaborations
- Conduct market reviews, drive execution excellence, and ensure timely action closure

Ideal Candidate:

- MBA/PGDM (Mandatory)
- 6-10 years of experience in GTM, Trade Marketing, Distribution Management, or Sales Excellence
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities
- Experience in FMCG, Building Materials, Paints, Consumer Durables, or related industries preferred
