CTC: Up to ₹30 LPA for Sr Mgr Ops Including 15% variable --Role-- To lead or manage Business Performance and Planning operations, which includes detailed budgeting and forecasting, carrying out analytical reviews for actual and budgeted data, attending to various adhoc queries from the business and preparation & presentation of group reporting results within the agreed Service Levels. -- Key Responsibilities-- ● Lead or manage a team of associates to ensure client SLAs and deliverables are met

● Support delivery of overall FP&A; processes, delivering critical MI, planning and forecasting outputs

● Support and develop robust monthly forecasts, engaging and collaborating across Finance as required

● Implement step change in the quality,



impact and timing of Plans and Forecasts

● Proactively supporting the transformation of FP&A; with appropriate governance, controls and functionality

● Perform requisite MIS and ensure solid internal controls are maintained within the process -- Experience & Domain Expertise -- ● if you are a Bcom graduate then you should have 8+ yrs of exp in FnA with 4+ yrs in FPnA ● if you are a qualified CA then 4+ yrs of post qualification experience in FPnA

● Should have indepth knowledge of both FPnA (Budgeting Forecasting Variance Analysis)
