Role Summary

We are looking for a seasoned finance skilled to partner with the Business Head/CEO in driving business performance, financial planning, profitability, and strategic decision-making. The role will lead budgeting, forecasting, business analytics, and financial governance for the business unit while acting as a key interface between business and finance teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Performance Management

Lead annual budgeting, forecasts, and long-term financial planning.

Monitor business performance through variance analysis and management reporting.

Develop and track key business and financial KPIs.

Business Partnering

Provide strategic financial insights to the Business Head and leadership team.

Support decision-making on investments, new initiatives, CAPEX, pricing, and growth opportunities.

Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations teams to drive business outcomes.

Profitability & Cost Management

Drive margin improvement and cost optimization initiatives.

Analyze product,



channel, and customer profitability to identify growth opportunities.

Ensure financial discipline across the value chain.

Reporting & Governance

Deliver timely MIS, performance reviews, and business dashboards.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements.

Present financial insights to senior management and corporate finance teams.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor the finance team.

Foster a culture of accountability, analytics, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute.

5-10 years of experience in FP&A;, Business Finance, or Commercial Finance roles.

Experience in manufacturing, textiles, apparel, retail, or consumer businesses preferred.

Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, profitability analysis, and business partnering.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and advanced Excel/BI tools.
