Key responsibilities include managing site-specific recruitment, payroll, performance management, and promoting safety culture to ensure a productive, legal workplace. Key Responsibilities

- Talent Acquisition & Management: Drive end-to-end recruitment, sourcing skilled mining personnel, managing turnover, and conducting onboarding for site/corporate staff.
- Compliance & Labor Laws: Ensure strict adherence to statutory regulations (ESI, PF, labor laws, safety compliance, and mining-specific rules).
- Employee Relations: Manage on-site grievances, foster a positive, inclusive culture, and handle employee welfare in remote or camp settings.
- Performance & Training: Implement performance appraisal systems and design training programs to enhance productivity and safety.
- Payroll & Administration: Oversee payroll, attendance, leave records, and benefits administration.
- Strategic Planning:



Develop HR strategies aligned with company goals and mining operational requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 3–5+ years of HR experience, preferably in mining, manufacturing, or industrial, heavy-industry sectors.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and MS Office.
- Soft Skills: Robust communication, conflict resolution, and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of labor laws, union relations, and health/safety regulations.
