ABOUT THE ROLE

Pasondia Cables is looking for a hands-on EXIM qualified to independently manage export-import operations, with particular strength in Advance Authorisation, DGFT procedures, EXIM documentation and banking.

The selected candidate will be responsible for transactions from pre-shipment planning through dispatch, payment realisation, incentive claims, licence utilisation and regulatory closure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Independently handle Advance Authorisation applications, amendments, utilisation tracking, export-obligation monitoring and closure.

Handle DFIA, EPCG, RoDTEP, duty drawback and applicable export incentives.

Manage DGFT, ICEGATE, Customs and related government portals.

Review export orders and LCs before acceptance.

Prepare and verify LC documents and coordinate negotiation or collection with banks.

Manage invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bills of lading, certificates of origin and banking documents.

Coordinate with production, accounts, CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines and banks.

Handle e-BRC, EDPMS/IDPMS, remittance reconciliation and shipment closure.

Maintain licence-wise,



shipment-wise and payment-wise trackers.

Support international accounting, export debtor reconciliation and audit requirements.

Identify documentation and compliance risks before shipment.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

6–12 years of hands-on experience in EXIM operations with a manufacturing exporter.

Practical experience with Advance Authorisation is mandatory.

Working knowledge of export LCs and banking documentation is mandatory.

Good exposure to DGFT, Customs, ICEGATE, e-BRC, EDPMS/IDPMS and export incentives.

Experience in engineering, electrical, cable or project-export companies will be preferred.

Commerce, Finance, International Trade or related qualification.

Strong Excel, ERP and documentation capabilities.

Must be comfortable working full-time on-site in Ghaziabad.

Joining preference: Candidates who can join within 15–30 days will be preferred. However, an exceptional candidate with a longer notice period may also be considered.
