Responsibilities

- 0→1 Programs & Products: Take ideas from concept to MVP—define the problem, solution, scope, timelines, and execution plan with Tech Content teams.
- Academic Excellence: Build/upgrade content structures, clinical relevance, exam alignment, and quality benchmarks; use feedback data to iterate rapid.
- Faculty & Teaching Systems: Support faculty identification, onboarding, content planning, session design, and performance systems (quality, consistency, engagement).
- Student Acquisition & Engagement: Co-create organic growth initiatives (YouTube/Instagram), academic non-academic formats, clinical reels, live sessions, funnel improvements.
- Cross-functional Execution: Run projects with clarity- SOPs, dashboards, weekly reviews—own outcomes, not just tasks.

Qualifications

- Doctor (MBBS required); PG prep/teaching/clinical content exposure is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of UG medical learning PG entrance/ licensing exam needs.
- Proven ability to execute, work with ambiguity, and deliver under deadlines.
- Comfort with data-driven iteration (student feedback, retention, conversion, content, performance).
- High communication skills:
