Position

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Manager to provide leadership and operational oversight across Security Operations (SOC), Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC),



and Security Engineering functions. This role will drive team performance, execution excellence, workforce planning, and cybersecurity program maturity while supporting a fast-growing global environment. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage teams across SOC, GRC, and Security Engineering.

Drive execution, SLA adherence, operational governance, and delivery excellence.

Conduct performance management, coaching, and team development initiatives.

Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, and capability building.

Partner with cybersecurity leaders to align operations with business objectives.

Drive process improvements, automation, standardization, and audit readiness.

Monitor cybersecurity metrics, risks, and program effectiveness.

Required

Skills

10-12 years of cybersecurity experience across SOC, GRC, and/or Security Engineering

✅ 3+ years of people management experience in a matrix or global environment

✅ Strong understanding of:

Security Operations (SOC, Incident Response, SIEM)

Governance, Risk & Compliance (HIPAA, HITRUST, Regulatory Compliance)

Security Engineering and Security Controls

Stakeholder Management and Delivery Governance

✅ Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills





Preferred Qualifications

CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC, or equivalent certifications

Experience in Healthcare, GCC, or Managed Services environments

Exposure to AI-driven security operations and automation

Experience supporting HIPAA / HITRUST regulated environments
