Role Description The Manager role at Chemical Engineerings is a full time hybrid position based in Guwahati, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate project activities, and ensure that teams meet safety, quality, and performance standards.

Responsibilities include planning and allocating resources, monitoring workflows, reviewing reports and documentation, and supporting compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. The Manager will mentor team members, facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, and contribute to strategic decision-making and process improvements.



This role requires proactive problem-solving, clear communication, and effective leadership in both on-site and remote settings.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, including team coordination, performance monitoring, and coaching.
