Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end campus placements and career counselling initiatives
- Build strong employer relationships to ensure high-quality placement opportunities
- Develop career readiness programs, workshops, and mock interviews
- Track placement metrics and deliver solid outcomes
- Collaborate with academic teams to align career support with student goals
