- Experience as an IT Systems Analyst or IT Business Analyst in an Agile workplace
- Agile Certification (CSM, PSM, CSPO, PSPO, PMI-ACP, SAFe)
- Proficiency in using Agile Workflow tools like JIRA or TFS
- Strong communication skills for both technical and business audiences
Role Responsibilities:
- Direct analysis on initiatives requiring strategic change across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to communicate the product vision, roadmap, and MVP
- Facilitate refinement sessions with Agile teams and business to detail out User Stories
- Ensure technical, security, and process standards are incorporated into product delivery
