Job Title : Marketing Manager – Acquisition, Admissions & Brand Growth (Intelli Education/Preschool) Role Summary

Lead the marketing, admissions, and brand growth function for one of India's largest preschool networks. Drive student and franchise acquisition, strengthen brand visibility, own customer-facing digital platforms, and build data-driven systems that enable business growth across 500+ preschool centres. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive enquiries, admissions, and revenue growth across.

Own the complete admissions acquisition funnel by monitoring lead generation, conversion performance, campaign ROI, and centre-wise growth metrics.

Plan and execute franchise acquisition campaigns while partnering with the Sales team to build and strengthen the franchise partner network.

Define and govern brand identity, communication, and design guidelines across 500+ preschools, ensuring consistency across all marketing and creative assets.

Lead creative strategy and campaign execution for national, regional, and centre-level marketing initiatives.

Own and continuously enhance the website, mobile app, and customer-facing digital platforms to improve user experience and business outcomes.





Own the backend ecosystem supporting Sales and Admissions, including systems, workflows, automations, and process improvements to enable operational excellence.

Champion a data-driven culture by building business dashboards, analysing performance metrics, translating insights into actionable strategies, and driving execution with cross-functional teams.

Partner with Technology, Academics, Sales, Operations, and Business teams to deliver scalable marketing initiatives and digital projects.

Ideal

Candidate

5-7 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Marketing, Admissions Marketing, or Business Growth.

Proven experience in customer acquisition, franchise marketing, digital marketing (WhatsApp and Facebook), and brand management.

Strong understanding of websites, apps, marketing technology, dashboards, and business analytics.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects involving Marketing, Sales, Technology, and Operations.

Highly analytical with solid project management, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities.

Experience in Education, EdTech, Retail, Consumer Internet, or multi-location businesses is preferred.
