About the Role We are looking for a Learning & Talent Development professional to drive Jaquar’s behavioural capability-building agenda and strengthen our talent development practices. The role will partner with business leaders and HRBPs to identify capability needs, design impactful learning interventions, and build development journeys that enable employees and future leaders to grow. The role will also contribute to strengthening talent practices through competency frameworks, assessments, career development initiatives, and early career talent programmes.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of behavioural learning, talent development, and stakeholder management, with the ability to translate business needs into meaningful development solutions.

Key Responsibilities : Behavioural Learning & Capability Building

Drive identification of behavioural capability needs through business inputs, performance insights, and competency gaps.

Design and execute behavioural learning interventions and development journeys aligned with organizational priorities.

Partner with internal stakeholders and external learning partners to create relevant, engaging, and impactful learning experiences.

Drive programme effectiveness through learner feedback, assessments, and reinforcement mechanisms.

Talent

Development & Competency Management

Design and strengthen behavioural competency frameworks aligned with organizational capabilities and career stages.

Drive competency-based assessments, including multi-rater feedback processes, to support individual development.

Partner with HRBPs and leaders to identify talent development priorities and create targeted development interventions.

Support career development and acceleration initiatives to build internal talent pipelines.





Enable employees to understand career pathways and development opportunities through structured career journeys. Campus & Early Career Development

Own the learning and development journeys for campus talent programmes, including Management Trainees, Sales Executive Trainees, Corporate Executive Trainees, Summer Interns and other early career cohorts.

Design structured development experiences covering capability building, assessments, mentoring, and career progression. Stakeholder & Partner Management

Collaborate with business leaders, HRBPs, and functional teams to embed learning and development as a business priority.

Manage relationships with external learning and assessment partners to deliver high-quality solutions.

Track programme effectiveness and continuously enhance the experience based on feedback and outcomes.
