- Plan and execute daily production activities to meet production targets.

- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, quality systems, and safety guidelines.

- Manage production manpower, shift operations, and productivity.

- Coordinate with QA, QC, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams.

- Monitor production performance and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

- Maintain production records, batch documentation, and MIS reports.

- Drive process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

- Ensure adherence to EHS standards and company policies.

- Lead, train, and motivate the production team.

Desired Candidate Profile

- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in a relevant discipline.

- 810 years of production experience in the Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.

- Strong knowledge of GMP, SOPs, production documentation, and quality systems.

- Experience in team handling, production planning, and continuous improvement.

- Positive leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Willing to work at Hamla, Bhuj, Kutch, Gujarat.
