About SEVN

SEVN is a luxury experiential travel company creating thoughtfully curated journeys across the world. As we grow, we're looking for a Manager/ Assistant Manager – Travel Operations to help build the operational backbone of our business.

Working closely with the COO and founders, this role will own the day-to-day travel operations, operational systems and process excellence at SEVN. You will be responsible for ensuring every journey is executed flawlessly while helping build the systems and processes that enable SEVN to scale. Key ResponsibilitiesTravel Operations

Coordinate end-to-end operational execution of confirmed journeys.

Manage supplier bookings, confirmations and departure readiness.

Maintain operational trackers, documentation and quality checks.

Coordinate with Travel Designers to ensure smooth journey delivery. Systems & CRM

Own day-to-day administration of Freshsales CRM and Freshdesk.

Configure workflows, ticket routing, automations, dashboards and reports.

Train users and ensure CRM data quality.

Monitor system performance and drive user adoption. Systems & Integrations

Coordinate implementation and integration of operational systems including CRM, payment gateways, accounting software, telephony and booking platforms.

Work with technology vendors to troubleshoot issues and improve workflows.





Identify opportunities to automate manual processes. Team & Process Management

Support onboarding and training of Travel Designers.

Build SOPs and improve operational workflows.

Monitor team workload and operational KPIs.

Drive process consistency across the business. Finance & Reporting

Coordinate with Finance on supplier payments and booking reconciliations.

Prepare operational dashboards and management reports.

Track operational risks and recommend improvements. What We're Looking ForMust Have

5-10 + years of overall work experience.

Minimum 3-5 years in the travel industry.

Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on experience administering Freshsales and Freshdesk.

Experience configuring CRM workflows, automations and reporting.

Experience leading or mentoring small teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
