Key Responsibilities

Strategic Responsibiliti esDrive innovation in analytical method development and validatio n.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytical activities with business objective s.Evaluate and implement advanced analytical technologies to enhance laboratory capabilities and problem-solving efficienc y.Support technology transfer activities from development to manufacturing sites, ensuring seamless analytical method transfer and effective analytical knowledge transfer to Quality Control (QC) team s.Identify process improvements that enhance analytical efficiency, compliance, and scientific excellenc e.

Operational Responsibilit iesLead and manage day-to-day Analytical R&D; laboratory operatio ns.Oversee method development, validation, investigation studies,



and testing activiti es.Ensure timely generation of high-quality analytical data to support development programs and regulatory requiremen ts.Optimize laboratory resources, equipment utilization, and project timelin es.Maintain compliance with GLP, regulatory requirements, data integrity standards, and laboratory safety practic es.Ensure robust documentation, including analytical reports, protocols, and raw data recor ds.Provide technical expertise in chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques, including HPLC, GC, LC-MS, and GC- MS.

Qualifications & Exper ienceM.Sc. / Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discip line.M.Sc. with 13+ years of relevant Analytical R&D; experi ence.Ph.D. with 8+ years of relevant Analytical R&D; experi ence.Solid experience in analytical method development, validation, troubleshooting, and technology tran sfer.Prior experience in the CDMO industry is manda tory.location : Hyde rabad
