Job Summary Branded and NCE portfolio Management of the branded portfolio from IP perspective Job Profile: Managing and supervising- NCE Portfolio - Life Cycle management of NCE portfolio from IP perspective including competition tracking

- Ensuring FTO of in-house NCEs
- Supervising Search and analysis- in NCEs and related competition
- Agreement review including CDA, IITs, MSA, MTA etc.
- Performing validity analysis of blocking patents Branded Portfolio - Life Cycle management of branded portfolio from IP perspective including competition tracking
- IP support for out-licensing projects
